Join our AGM and meet with Lesley Hetherington, our guest speaker, who will discuss how Corporates can best harness entrepreneurial culture and enthusiasm.
We are delighted to announce this year’s guest speaker: Lesley Hetherington, Mentor and Enterprise Legacy Facilitator at Cambridge Judge Business School.
Lesley will discuss how Corporates can harness entrepreneurial culture and enthusiasm for better business results. She will argue that in today’s hyper-competitive business environment, many organisations fail to keep up with the speed of change by limiting their employees to their defined, functional silos. She encourages organisations to rethink methods of organising work and us, being their employees, to map our personal motivation and individual core strengths onto the needs of our organisations.
Lesley Hetherington has been engaged with corporates, SMEs and start-ups for over 25 years, both formally working in executive outplacement centres and informally, working one-to-one with countless entrepreneurs. She was a Teaching Fellow at the Hunter Center for Entrepreneurship, University of Strathclyde, from 2000-2010 and currently teaches at the University of Glasgow and Cambridge University - Judge Business School, where she mentors business start-ups.
